California Highway Patrol are on scene of a fatal traffic collision on the 15 North and Magnolia Ave. Driver and the passenger were pronounced deceased on scene and an infant that was ejected from the vehicle while still in their car seat was transported to a local hospital where doctors are working to save their life, which is reported that the infant is suffering from bleeding in the brain.
